pulled pork
ingredients#
1 pack pork ribs (the cut up kind)
alt/ a boston butt
salt and pepper to taste
water
instructions#
- season the pork ribs generously with salt and pepper
- sear the ribs on a hot hot skillet
- do not fully cook, you’re just tryna develop some flavors
- place ribs in crock pot and fill water to one inch below top of meat
- cook overnight on low
- in the morning remove from liquid and pull it apart
- save the liquid to make pork-stock
- serve on your favorite bun or regular white bread with a real-good-bbq-sauce!
