5 g sea salt
1 cup cold butter

- mix dry ingredients, kneed in butter
- slowly add in water
- roll out to 1/4" thick. save leftover for top
- bake at 400 for 15 min
- pull from oven, add pie crust weights, bake another 10-15 min
