ingredients#

300 g    flour
13 g     sugar
5 g      sea salt
1 cup    cold butter
~ 1 cup  ice water

instructions#

  • mix dry ingredients, kneed in butter
  • slowly add in water
  • roll out to 1/4" thick. save leftover for top
  • bake at 400 for 15 min
  • pull from oven, add pie crust weights, bake another 10-15 min
